On a top of the hill, just near the vineyard still standing a stone with carved sides of the world. That stone represented a centre of Istra peninsula in past times. Centrum is pure cabernet sauvignon, aged in oak barrique barrels for 12 months. Goes nice with a tuna stake, file mignon, chestnuts and a lot more.
