The wine bearing the name of Ranko and Klaudija’s daughters is the blend of chardonnay and istrian malvasia creating an aromatic, light, fresh and very harmonious edition. Grapes come from 470 m above sea level, they are harvested and vinified together, partly in oak barrique barrels, partly in stainless steel. Wine has flower and citrus aromas, fine freshness and structured body. You can’t go wrong if you pair Magdalena with lighter food such as fish, shellfish, white meat and pasta, but you will not be mistaken if you taste Magdalena with some heavy meat dish.
